JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Work within Housing and Support, LSS group homes or social psychiatry. Here you will encounter joy, community, and a meaningful mission. Do you want a job that truly matters? Job Duties

Within Housing and Support, you can work as an Aspirant, habilitation staff, or rehabilitation staff. Your clients may consist of both older and younger individuals with disabilities. Depending on where you work, your workplace may be at a group home, service housing, short-term/recreational facilities, or in the client's own home. Examples of job duties include supporting clients in their daily lives, leisure activities, and care tasks. The job duties are standard tasks that occur within care and support. Scheduled working hours (day, evening, weekend, or night shifts and on-call duties may occur).

QUALIFICATIONS

You must be at least 18 years old, and it is advantageous if you have an educational background from the Care Program or equivalent, or if you have previously worked in healthcare. It is also beneficial if you have knowledge and experience in medication management and have had medication delegation.

As a person, we want you to be flexible, responsive to others' needs, meticulous, service-oriented, solution-focused, and have a good demeanor. You should also be able to collaborate easily with supervisors, colleagues, and other professional categories, and you can work just as well independently as in a group. During your shift, you have the ultimate responsibility for ensuring that clients receive safe and secure care. Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written. If you are considered for employment, you will be offered an introduction.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability. A driver's license (B) is advantageous.
